Andres Salazar, PhD, PE, D.WRE is an experienced water sources engineer with over 25 years of experience in flood risk management, water supply planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design. As the Director of Infrastructure and Water resources, he has successfully led numerous projects, including urban flood risk studies, drainage master plans, and stormwater quality improvement initiatives across Texas. Dr. Salazar is known for his expertise in hydrologic modeling, hydraulic design, and water management strategies, and has contributed to high-profile projects such as the Springwoods Village development and the ExxonMobil Corporate Campus. With advanced degrees in Civil Engineering and professional certifications, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership to the firm.
