Senior Project ManagerJustin Cain, PE has over 24 years of varied experience in a wide range of engineering and engineering-related disciplines. With a continuing career that spans a wide range of projects and roles, he has the unique insight of multidisciplinary/inter-disciplinary relationships in project development that is a true rarity. Industrial familiarity through rotating equipment and fixed equipment inspection adds to the unique perspective he brings to quality control, plan review, and project management. His time on both large and small projects has given him the ability to manage, direct, and successfully implement projects and programs that include heavy environmental, architectural, as well as civil engineering components.
In his approach, he defines to the team and client the potential pitfalls of a project such that they can be avoided early in development.
Mr. Cain has delivered numerous PS&E packages throughout Texas, and provided support for projects within Texas, California, Florida, and Hawaii, interfacing with federal, state, and local entities.
