Founded in 1984, OMEGA is a Houston based engineering and construction management firm specializing in infrastructure, civil engineering, highway engineering, transportation planning, railway engineering, water resources, construction inspection and administration and program management. OMEGA provides planning and engineering design services for public and private entities.

OMEGA offers a full range of professional engineering services for Transportation Planning and Design in conformance with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and AASHTO guidelines. Other specialized professional services include highway engineering, transportation planning, railway engineering, signal design, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention plans (SW3P), hydraulic studies, drainage design, detention/retention basin design, construction management and inspection.

Coordination between all project members is driven by clear, written project management that provide detailed objectives, schedules, criteria, and responsibilities to all team members. Regular meetings are conducted by the Project Manager to review the progress against the objectives in the plan and clarify questions and resolve conflicts as they develop.

OMEGA has provided engineering and construction management services on over 100-miles of water main projects ranging from 8- to 72-inches in diameter and over 100 miles of sanitary sewer projects ranging from 6- to 72-inches in diameter.
